Terms and Conditions of Use for Taxi Booking Service
Thank you for choosing our taxi booking service. To ensure a safe and satisfactory experience, please read and accept the following terms and conditions before making a booking:
Bookings: Taxi bookings can be made through our online platform or WhatsApp. It is necessary to provide accurate details about the pickup location, destination, pickup time, and any special requirements.
Booking Confirmation: Once a booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details, including the booking identification number.
Fares: Taxi service fares are based on mileage traveled and travel time. Rates may vary depending on the time, location, and demand for the service. Additional fees will apply for special services, such as airport pickups or luxury taxi bookings.
Cancellations: A booking can be canceled without any additional charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to additional charges.
Modifications: Modifications to an existing booking, such as changes in pickup time or destination, are subject to availability and prior notice.
Customer Waiting Time: The customer’s waiting time for the driver can be up to 20 minutes. If the driver does not show up within this period, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the customer does not meet the driver within the set time, they will be contacted via WhatsApp and if there is no response, it will be considered as "NO SHOW".
Driver Waiting Time: The driver is required to wait 60 minutes after the flight indicated in the booking has landed. If the customer does not meet the driver within the set time, they will be contacted via WhatsApp and if there is no response, it will be considered as "NO SHOW".
Early Flight Arrivals: If a flight arrives earlier than the time stated in the booking, the customer may have to wait until the scheduled time in the booking, especially on very busy days. However, you can always contact us to try to address this issue.
Delays and Non-Compliance of Extras: In cases of delays of more than 20 minutes or non-compliance in the provision of additional services, the company will compensate the customer with a 5% refund of the amount paid.
Drivers: All our drivers are duly registered and licensed. Drivers are expected to provide courteous and safe service at all times.
Liability: We strive to provide a safe and reliable service. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
